Sometimes we get headaches from to much sleep or not enough. Other times it's to hot or you're dehydrated.

1. Try sleeping with a pitcher of ice water near the bed. Making a habit of drinking more water is best, sometimes you can get dehydrated during sleep.

2. Try sleeping at least 8 hours, if still getting headaches try sleeping only 6 hours.

3. Take a MORNING walk, deep breathing and attempting to regulate your heart rate may help.
