Clogged pores can occur anywhere there is skin. A "white head" in acne means the clogged area contains some pus. These need to come to a "head" before they break and dry out.
You can use a hot washcloth on the outside of the nose. Also, ask your doctor or pharmacist what drying agent can be used in the nostril.
A fleshy white bump inside your nose could be a benign nasal polyp, which are noncancerous growths that form in the nasal passages. However, it could also be a sign of an infection or irritation. It's best to consult a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Yes, it is. Just not if the bump is still there. Just take care of it this time. The bump that you refer to is normal for new nose piercings. I (as well as any other good body piercer) would recommend H2Ocean for the aftercare of your piercing. Make sure that you go to a clean, sterile shop!
no that's normal, when i got my nose pierced mines did that for the first few months.it completely healed and the bump has gone :)
