There are other options for relieving heel pain. If the pain is caused by bruising, it may heal naturally on its own, or if it is caused by plantar fasciitis it could be cured by stretching and rest.
It is a painful condition in the heels of the feet (it can affect one only). It has something to do with layers of tissue moving over one another. Usually the movement is free; when the fascia (tissue layers) move less freely, it can cause a very bad dull pain. I had this in my left heel, and it could be so bad in the morning that I would have to limp. Acupuncture was very effective. I had 3 treatments a few months ago, and have been almost totally pain free since. I didn't much care for the treatments as they were being done, but I would go back in a heartbeat. Plantar Fasciitis is a very common cause of heel pain. It is inflammation of the plantar fascia of the foot. It causes heel pain which may radiate to the toes. It can occur as a result of repetitive microtrauma. It's an overuse injury. Plantar fasciitis is commonly caused by a heel spur which is a bony growth that occurs at the attachment of the plantar fascia to calcaneum. for details, visit,http://physiocures.blogspot.com

The planet is Pluto
no! it can be in the mantle or the outer core
there are none, if you're not counting Pluto as a planet.
waves that travels only on the surface
No, they are not, in my opinion. I have had a plantar wart on the outer edge of my right foot for as long as I can remember, the only thing that bothers me is when it gets big every couple of months and I just dig it out with a scalpel or sterilized razor blade. I've tried the dermatologist, it just comes back, every time. Hope this helps.
Only a hard outer surface. Whatever the piece is less difficult to penetrate.
Yes it is every other outer planet is made of gas but some believe that in the center of Jupiter lies a rocky core.
Achilles , his heel
I had two heel spurs, one in each heel. I suffered terribly for about 5 years, and I worked in a hospital ?.. No- one knew about these at the time I was in pain, till I bought two Orthotics half way ones, and used them every-time I was on my feet. It took about three months for the pain to go. The heel spurs (they are a bone that looks like a claw.) they stay, but the inflammation around the heel spur goes. It's the only thing that helped get rid of mine, without having an operation or injections. Do not wear tight fitting or high heeled shoes . You could also buy full fitting shoes but a half a size bigger to be able to take the Orthotic comfortably. Try and use Trainers with the orthotics in at all times. Therapeutic treatment of heel pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis, Heel spurs, and related discomforts use Heel Orthotics. The orthotic helps lift the Plantar Fasciitis directly beneath the part of the foot where the heel meets the arch of the foot. These help the heel's natural fat pad, and provides natural structural reinforcement to prevent collapse of the mid foot. You can buy them from a chemist, the ones you have fitted, cost an arm and a leg. So make inquiries first about the cost. I hope this information helps everyone who has this very painful affliction. Believe me it REALLY WORKS... It certainly did for me.
