The farmer agrees to sell Gulliver to the queen because he sees an opportunity to make a large sum of money by selling him as a curiosity to the royal court. The farmer is motivated by profit and doesn't see Gulliver as a person deserving compassion or autonomy.
Because the people concerned didn't like the beliefs of the "other" faith.Faith is a matter of personal preference - it is something people often think very deeply about and then they become unwilling to change.Bear in mind that a lot of people somewhat automatically followed the faith of their ruler, whichever side they took.... and a lot of the decisions made by rulers had more to do with political considerations than with spiritual ones. Fundamentalists on both side would never agree with me here, but there is really very littel difference between what the various Christian denominations believe in. The differences were beautifully captured in Jonathan Swift's book Gulliver's Travels in the differences between the Big-Endians and the Little-Endians in Lilliput.
faster in water than in air <><><> Agree. The denser the material, the faster sound travels through it.
Hi,Could that be Chris Stewart, the aurthor who wrote The Lemon Trilogy.I agree with this!!!http://www.friendlyrentals.com/
agree is the verb
"I agree with you."
i am agreed or i agree
какая разница между I agree и I do agree?
The future tense is will agree.
'Agree with' is used for a person 'Agree to' is used for a proposal. Example: I agree with you. He agreed to join me at lunch.
"Do you agree" is correct. "Are you agree" is wrong (you'd have to say "are you in agreement").
