Your arm can "go to sleep" when pressure is applied to the nerves or blood vessels, often due to prolonged positioning or compression. This interrupts normal blood flow or nerve signaling, leading to sensations like tingling, numbness, or weakness. Once the pressure is relieved, blood circulation resumes and nerve function is restored, causing the symptoms to fade away.
Because u sleep on it, Einstein.
if you sleep like that your arm relaxes and can break your nose
That depends - do you have a reclining arm chair?
buddy had to go to sleep but koma left him with sleets. sleets are sheets of paper that scratches your arm.
You grab him by the arm and pull him then put him in the bed and he will probablty like it.
The blood flow to your arm has been cut off. The tingling is your body telling you to get off of it or stop leaning on it. After not being active for a period of time can make your body parts go to sleep. --------------------------------------------------- If you are not leaning on it, then you may have a nerve that is getting trapped, you should go and see a qualified medical practitioner (a doctor) about this.
if you cant feel your arm, then you're sleeping in a bad position, happens alot

umm the only thing i can think of is if you sleep on your arm without knowing. It may fall asleep.
Just try sleeping on your back, or maybe you can sleep on your belly and rest your arm around your head.
