Why does your body ache when you get sick?

Alot of people get sick, for different reasons, Example: Bacteria/Germs gather up in your body, And that causes you to get sick, You can get sick from touching your face. Like now, You are reading this, your hand was on the keyboard/mouse. After, your done, make sure you wash your hands with water and soap for at least 20 seconds, then dry off. DONT wipe on your pants, shirts, clothing ect. That is just bringing more germs onto your body.
