You describe both tension and cervicogenic headache as well as perhaps a Migraine, but you'll need a physician to diagnose you properly. Try to see a headache specialist who is specially trained in diagnosing and treating headache disorders.

if you guys are sitting down then he'll start by sitting on the same chair as you or moving closer to you. then he'll sort of position himself so then you're sitting in front of him. he'll then slowly put his arms around your waist and maybe lean his head on your shoulder. which happened to me. and it didnt feel good cos i didnt like him and i felt that he disrespected me. but if you guys like each other, it'll feel cosy. if you are standing up, then he'll walk next to you/ slightly behind you to drag his arm around your waist.

Video games and TV are just as unhealthy as the other. No matter if one takes more "brain power" or not or are "more difficult to finish" or not, you're still sitting down, still not moving around, sitting on a couch with your game control in your hand and not exercising. An exception, though, is the Wii games that make you very active in the living room or den and make you exercise.
