Why doesnt hispanic guys get their penis circumcised?

Because they don't feel compelled to follow a religious ritual, More importantly they understand that the foreskin is of benefit to the penis and its performance and it makes no more sense cutting it of then it makes sense to cut the ears of.

A majority of all births to Hispanics in the United States (60%+ according to the CDC.) are to immigrants, & it is uncommon in their home countries. 2Because the majority of adult Hispanic males in the United states are immigrants. Lower rates of insurance coverage for the procedure among Hispanics also play a major role.

The same reason they don't cut other parts of the Body of. They cant see the point in ruining their sex life for the sake of religion and there is no benefit to anyone in pursuing this barbaric practice. less then 20% of the men of the world are circumcised. mostly for religious reasons and some because they are under the misapprehension that it is good for them. I guess Hispanic guys are just to smart to have fallen into that trap
