You may have a child with the early symptoms of Diabetes. Possibly a thyroid condition. Of course, it could also be she is simply short on important electrolytes--that is, salt and potassium and a few other minerals.
Whatever the case might be, I'd take her to her pediatrician and work with her to find out what the case truly is. Carefully describe to the doctor all of your kid's symptoms, including the context(s) in which you see them: always at night/on waking up/after or just before meals?; only after eating sweet foods, including fruits?; does exercise or sedentary behavior bring on, or possibly delay, these bouts of thirst and urination?
