Sounds like you might have got dry skin on your nose, maybe got it slightly sun or wind burned. As to the stuff that comes out of the pores when you squeeze the skin, its oil built up in the pores, from you not washing your face enough...however the flaky stuff is just dried skin, use a ex foliating soap ( soap which contains little rough things in it) to scrub your face and nose, and it will rub off the excess dry skin
