There are several ways to answer this question; I'll tackle two: the embryologic answer and the teleologic one. Embryologically (ie, during development), the lungs develop as an outpouching of the foregut, the first part of the gastrointestinal tract that runs straight through the center of the body. As the lung bud grows and descends from its origin in the foregut, it begins to divide multiple times. The first division forms the primary bronchi, the next division forms secondary bronchi, etc. Successive divisions of bronchi make smaller bronchi and bronchioles, until ultimately division ends with the air sacs (called alveoli). It's because of all these divisions of the lung bud that we have so many alveoli. A teleologic answer gets to the bottom of why it's important to have so many alveoli. The short answer is that for the lung to to its job of exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide gases, it needs to have a large area of contact with air from the environment. Having many alveoli results in a large surface area for gas exchange.
I never have lunch with air sacs or even large socks, they are terrible conversationalists.
With smaller cells, there is a greater surface area.
Helium is lighter than air, so a balloon filled with helium will float. In contrast, air-filled balloons will sink because the density of air is greater than that of helium. Additionally, helium balloons will deflate faster than air-filled balloons due to its smaller molecular size.
There are a few advantages of having a corner shower unit. The main advantage of a corner unit is that it saves room and is great for smaller bathroom areas.
It's cleaner instead of having wired trapcing everywhere. It's also easier and securer to hold smaller components.
There are many advantages of inverter generators. Some of these advantages include having a smaller size whilst also having higher fuel efficiency and high power output.
advantage is nothing... :)
There is no particular advantage.
The advantage of having a phone is that it makes communication much easier and faster.
Having an edge is an advantage.
The most obvious advantage, is it is mobile. You can take it anywhere and do more complex things that pc's couldn't do because of the size advantage of the smaller handheld computer there are no advatages how can there be limited function.
having differnt advantage in our body makes us move freely
