That's like asking why a firefighter has to right to not be incinerated, it's logical. A nurses job is to care, assist, treat etc.

Say under the circumstances of say, a TB patient coming into the hospital, and asking a nurse to not only treat the patient, without any choice, but to not wear a safety mask as well?
