Shivering is a kind of involuntary shaking movement of the muscle during the recovery or recuperation of certain amount of a temperature (about body temperature) after temperature dissipation. Urination, although not all, is a kind of temperature release since urine is of higher temperature (about body temperature) while inside the body. Consequently, body shivers to gain back the stable body temperature.

I hope this explains understood well.
