Hemoglobin is present in blood and carries oxygen to all parts of the body; males have high testosterone levels which are a very potent anabolic... due to these anabolic effects the hemoglobin levels are higher then females.
Yes!
Not usually no.
Not usually.
Yes, though the differences aren't all that significant.
If your hemoglobin level is 9.0, follow the advice of your health care provider. Further testing will determine the possible cause and recommended treatment. No treatment can be determined from the hemoglobin level alone. (For instance, just knowing if you're male or female, and whether or not you're menstruating, has a big impact on the treatment plan.)
In Cow the Hb content is a few units higher than in human. It is about 40,1. In Calves this value is about 1-1.5 units more than in cow. In Male it is always higher by 1-2%
Depends if you are a adult male or female. The normal hemoglobin level count is 14-18 and for females it's 12-16. If you are an adult female then it's under the normal count but not something life threatening or serious. If you are a male then you might need to take iron supplements, vitamin B pills, ect. It depends on what type of anemia you have. Personally I am a female and my count is usually around 6-7 so i need to constantly get transfusions.
Ratio of PVC to Hb in the healthy male subject is 3 and in the healthy female subject is 3.14
