For college, all of these are required. Additional info I am in CA and ALL 6th grade students going into 7th are required to have the three hepatitis series to enroll in school. We don't require a meningitus shot ( but it isn't a bad idea). In college here I never had to show a shot record to enroll. As a teacher I only have to have a TB test every 2 years, but I got the hepatitis since the students were getting them and thought I should get them too.
