If your stomach only has alcohol in it, the alcohol will very quickly go into your blood system. With greasy foods, the concentration of alcohol in your stomach is going to be no where near as high.
I hope I helped :)

Consuming high protein food while drinking alcohol can slow the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream, potentially reducing its immediate effects. The protein can help stabilize blood sugar levels and may mitigate some of the negative impacts of alcohol, such as hangover symptoms. However, excessive alcohol consumption can still impair judgment and coordination, regardless of protein intake. Moderation is key to minimizing health risks associated with alcohol.
Remains in the stomach longer
the alchol rate slows down
while sleeping, we stay without food for at least 8 hours and our body gets in a catabolic stage...so it is important that before bed we give some protein to our body..but it is better that the protein is not fast absorbed but slowly absorbed so we have amino-acids through our body during the whole night and not the first 2-3 hours(that's how long takes for whey to be absorbed)...if your protein shake is with casein protein then it's ok..or you can better have some cottage cheese that also contains casein(slowly absorbed protein)...
Having food in your stomach does not really affect alcohol consumption, but it does affect alcohol digestion. Alcohol is absorbed into the blood more rapidly if there is no food in the stomach. But the amount that you drink remains up to you, whether your stomach contains food or not.
No.
Yes it can. I find myself after having fun with my friends I come home and find myself having to us the bathroom. The alcohol makes you dehydrated mostly in the stomach and intestine which causes you to have movements that aren't exactly what you call fun. Ways you can prevent this and a hang over is drinking about 2 bottles of water. It always does the trick for me. Hope this helps you out.
Which of the following is absorbed in significant quantities by the stomach?
Protein!
If you need to decrease the uric acid in your blood, that is done by eating less protein. Uric acid is a byproduct of protein digestion.
I was told my a dietician that I need to decrease my carb intake and increase protein
