Why would someone have purple lips?

IF the man is albino (with red eyes) and the woman is blond with blue eyes - a purple eyed baby is a dead cert.

The previous answer would be impossible due to the fact that genes to do not blend. Therefore, it is not possible to have an albino male with red eyes (which is nonexistent) to mate with a blue eyed female and produce a child with purple eyes. It would be possible to conclude that purple or "violet" eyes are due to a genetic mutation in an allele responsible for an individuals eye color, or any other natural occurring genetic factor.

Purple lips can be caused by the cold air or lack of oxygen. Cyanosis is the lack of oxygen and if it worsens, you should see your doctor.
