The best way to treat eczema really is by a regular daily routine of moisturising as much as needed with a good emollient cream (at least once daily and after showering or bathing), using a shower or bath oil, and applying a corticosteroid cream to any inflamed red areas.

Eczema is a frustrating condition to deal with. Our son has eczema but he has gotten a lot better since we discovered foods he was allergic to and eliminated them. A lot of people are embarrassed to have eczema.
yes it can as i used it for my son ..when he was 5 years old and was having eczema on eyelids ,my doc told me to apply mometasone on eyelids carefully.and it cured him withount any tablets or syrups.:)
