No.

I have experince in dealing with itchiness from alohol hand sanitiziers.

If you use them too often it can cause damage to your skin resulting in reduced effectiveness,uv sensitivity and redness and itching

But Itching from reactions or chemicals is never permenant, there are anti-itch creams that can be purchased from chemists if itching lasts too long.

In my opinion,as everyone says. Only use the sanitizer if you have no water source close, such as working on the road or if you are in high risk areas such as hospitals.

How many times can i use Alcohol based hand sanitizer before needing to wash hands?

You can use alcohol-based hand sanitizer multiple times, but it’s important to wash your hands with soap and water after certain activities, such as when they are visibly dirty or greasy, after using the restroom, or when caring for someone who is sick. Frequent use of hand sanitizer can lead to skin irritation, so it’s a good practice to wash your hands thoroughly when possible.
