If you use them too often it can cause damage to your skin resulting in reduced effectiveness,uv sensitivity and redness and itching
But Itching from reactions or chemicals is never permenant,there are anti-itch creams that can be purchased from chemists if itching lasts too long.
In my opinion,as everyone says. Only use the sanitizer if you have no water source close,such as working on the road or if you are in high risk areas such as hospitals.
