No, methadone will only show up as methadone because it requires its own test used to detect it.
I just participated in a 12 panel drug screen and came up positive for methadone. The only two drugs that I take and have prescriptions for are Tramadol and Cymbalta. I'm not sure which one is the trigger for a methadone positive. My guess would be the Tramadol.
Yes, it certainly can be detected in hair testing. I know an RN who lost her job because of this drug being detected in her hair. yes RN and other medical field personal get the largest panels . a standard 5 panel for average joe will not
Yes, methadone can show up on a 10-panel non-DOT standard drug test, but it may not be included in all versions of these tests. Typically, standard drug panels screen for substances like opioids, but methadone may be specifically tested for in certain situations. If methadone use is suspected or relevant to the testing context, additional testing may be conducted to confirm its presence. Always check the specific testing panel used for accurate information.
Yes. It requires a specified test, not generally found on standard panel testing. The same goes for suboxone tests.
No, Methadone will only show up if it is on the panel. Hydrocodone will show up as an opiate.
No it does not.

Im pretty sure they use the five panel, testing for amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, thc and pcp though if im wrong and it is ten they also test for barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, methaqualone and propoxyphene.
Not all drug test check for methadone! Most employers do not screen for Methadone as this test is more expensive. Most institutions use a five or seven panel drug test-7-Panel screen which tests for the following substances:CocaineTHCOpiatesPCPAmphetaminesBenzos and BarbituratesYou can find out which test the lab uses by searching the company online or calling the lab directly.
