Autism is a very wide spectra so how a person is varies greatly.
If the person is a minor you could be charged with kidnapping unless you have consent from his parents or guardian.
If he is an adult and has a guardian you will also need consent.
If he is an adult like the rest of us and do not need a guardian you do not have to tell anyone, the choice to go with you is his. If you forced him to go you would be charged with kidnapping.
Autism isn't something you 'get' you are born autistic - anyone can be born autistic, although there does seem to be a gentic link so often autistic people are more likely to have autistic children, or you often see multiple siblings in a single family with autism. As yet we don't know what causes autism, so we can't tell who is more likely to have autistic offspring.
Everyone is different.

Autistic people are affected by autism - autism is a neurological difference that impacts on how a person interacts and perceives the world. A person born of an Autistic parent or two Autistic parents is more likely to be Autistic themselves. Neurotypical families of Autistic people can be effected too but all too often the issue is not with autism but with stigma, ableism, and con-artists making money from families who want to try to make their Autistic children neurotypical.
Yes, Autism has been in his family for many generations. If you do not believe this answer, watch "The Room," or his interviews.

Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that can have a variety of genetic and environmental factors contributing to its development. It is not always necessary for other family members to have autism for someone to be diagnosed with it. It can arise from a combination of genetic predispositions and other factors, and each individual's experience with autism can be unique.
Good question! I have a autistic family member. I would say a autistic child would need more attention then most kids. As of, affection and definitely caring more. Just have to be patient and take your time and make sure they get the health and education benefits as any other kid would. :)
