I was 5 weeks in pregnancy when I noticed I am spotting. I went to doctor and was told that our baby is doing well. I tried to trust everything will turn fine. After a month I went for ultrasound and there was no sign of life. In coming pregnancy I was nervously waiting for 5th week and got into panic when I noticed I am spotting again. I am now in last weeks of that pregnancy and baby is still with us. My experience is that doctors cannot always protect baby's life in the earliest stage of pregnancy. I do not doubt they do all what they can, but I experience there is not always chance to do much and baby's life is fully in God's hands. It is important to go to doctor as fast as you can, but I do believe prayers are same way important, and trust that God is taking the best care of little life, what ever happens. I do trully thank to God for lasting my pregnancy so far and I do pray for healthy little baby to be born soon.
No. Spotting can occur during pregnancy.
The only way to know is by taking a pregnancy test.
Sometimes women have implantation spotting that they confuse with their period. You should take a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.
Spotting is very common during the course of pregnancy and the combined symptoms of spotting then a missed period certainly could indicate pregnancy. However it is very common for women who are not pregnant to have a missed period or spotting. I suggest a pregnancy test which are readily available at almost any store and to consult your doctor.
