There is no scientific proof of making your hair grow faster, no matter what method you use. You can however, improve the health of your hair to make it look nicer and longer, if it is already. Make sure you do the following:
1. Have a good diet
2. Drink Lots of Water
3. Multi-vitamin ( I use Centurm Chewables)
4. Wash 1 a week, deep condition 1 a month, trim every 6 weeks.
5. Generally look after your hair and health.
On a weekend or when you have a few days off, saturate your hair with oil. Coconut or Almond works best but you can try Mustard Seed, Avocado or any oil you prefer- as long as it works! Gently massage your hair with the oil until your hair is completely covered. Wrap your hair with a hot, damp towel and leave it on overnight. Wash your hair as normal.
REMEMBER: Do not put any serum, moose or any artificial products after the shower as the chemicals damage the hair. Whilst your hair is still wet, apply a tiny amount of oil on your hair and comb. Leave your hair until they are dry then style as normal. Never blow dry your hair as this causes it to frizz - let them dry naturally! Your hair will not look greasy when they are dry. Oil makes your hair look shiny and thick.
If you are looking for a topical treatment for hair growth, look for products that contain sulfur and Zinc. Products that includes these minerals have been proven effective to enhance hair growth. MTG and Max Gro products are also good to use for fast hair growth. They both include Sulfur and Zinc and key ingredients in their formula. I researched the product, and found that many other people had results. You Tube provides great before and after pictures. Many people received at least an inch of growth in a month.
