Talk to your dentist and explain the problem. It sounds like a perforation in the sinus membrane. Sometimes when upper molars are pulled, it can leave a small hole in your sinus cavity. This is not uncommon, and these holes often heal on their own.
If it doesn't heal on it's own, though, it will need to be repaired; if you leave a perforation, you can end up with chronic sinus infections, constant nasal drip, and worse.
I hate it when someone answers my dental or medical questions with "Talk to your dentist" or "Talk to your doctor", but in this case it's truly good advice. Most dentists are very familiar with the issue, and can help you track it to make sure it doesn't become a genuine problem.
if you get dizzy when you are on a rollar coaster you will get dizzy gettiung your teeth pulled
It is recommended that you rinse directly after you brush your teeth and drink water. Reasoning: Most toothpastes contain antifreeze and it wont harm you if you get rid of it immediately. So continue to brush your teeth just rinse.
Gently rinse it out with body temperature water, or lightly salted water until the wounds are clean.
Get the teeth pulled
I got my teeth pulled this week and I recall my oral surgeon telling me during the consultation that there is a chance that if your upper wisdom teeth are pulled that fluid can get up in your sinuses and mess you up a little. Definitely call your oral surgeon's office immediately and find out from them what you should do.
If it was the first teeth that was pulled the adult ones will grow up there in time. You just have to wait. If it was the adult ones that was pulled nothing will grow back. You have no more teeth in that place.
