You could be pregnant. Take a test. Even if the test is negative, you need to go and see your doctor to see what's causing the lack of periods --- (edit) Actually, this happened to me before, only I had went about 6 months without a period. Then I got one big clump and no period. I'm not sure what causes it, but it's not necessarily pregnancy. I just waited and now I have my periods regularly. You should still see a doctor (I didn't because, after all of the years of having periods, I'm still uncomfortable with talking to my mom about it), but it's not always a sign of pregnancy.
It is not unusual for it to be brown. It is very possible that it will change from brown later on. This is normal.

Oh man. Just take a pregnancy test.
right now your period isn't regular yet and that happens to a lot of girls in there first year.
The brownish spots that you are seeing is your body cleaning out all of the blood that was left inside while you were on your period. Blood drys a very dark brown so when it comes out a few days later that's all that is. So don't be too worried.
YES. Time for a test and/or doctor visit .
Dark, brown menstruation may be a sign that it is 'old' blood. Sometimes blood stays in the uterus for a few days before your period 'starts'...it could be because it is a light flow or that the cervical opening is very narrow making it difficult for the blood to exit. Light flows and dark blood could also occur because of dehydration.
It means that during those two days you have had sex and the egg probably got rejected by the sperm.
You might be starting your period in a couple of days.
That is the worst thing that you could ever do! I would see a doctor right away!
Period blood can be light in color in the first couple days of your period, but it can also be very dark in color on heavier days.
Usually a few days
