The LN may be impinging on a main nerve; down the arm would be the Brachial Plexus; down the body... some other main nerve. If this LN is in your armpit; get to your PCP or GYN (if you are female) as soon as possible. If it is in your neck; get to an ENT (Otolarygnologist) quickly. Enlarged LNs should be taken seriously.
