My daughter never seemed to empty her bladder totally. Please ask your doctor to set up an appointment with a urologist, you may just find that you are getting a backwash into your kidneys. If you are young enough as she was the doctor said growth spurts might stretch the ureters/bladder/kidney into the right position or later in life it may have to be corrected by surgery.
