It is a cankasore. Its like a blyster inside a mouth. It will sting while eating certain foods. But I do recommend that you take a cup of normal sink water, put a little salt in it and tell your six year old of what ever age to rinse their mouth with that. That always help cure it.
Probably something that occurs when you pop a pimple. Next step up would probably be a tiny bump witch is hardly noticeable.
Could be many things. Most likely a foarming pimple. You wouldn't be able to really see it, and it would be sensitive when you push on it.

Rub a bananna peel on your pimple it sould be gone the next day
should i be worried about this bump at the corner of my right ears?
Definitely not normal. Sounds like some serious tooth disease happening there. See a dentist.
No. I am going to assume that the most likely reason you tooth was pulled was due to a significant amount of caries (cavities) or disease to the surrounding periodontal (gum) tissue. So the bacteria that caused your first tooth to be pulled could have already done damage to the tooth next to it. In your case, the bad tooth was probably helping support the one next to it, and once it was pulled, the tooth left behind is on its own. So in this situation the extraction had very little to do with "lifting the tooth next to it" Give it a 4-6weeks for the healing process to complete and the loose tooth should firm up.

I dont know what it is-but ive got it too....doc told me it was nothing to worry about-but he didnt really know either you said it resembles a pimple? that could be exactly what it is... a clogged pore. It doesn't necessarily have to be sore like a pimple. When I was pregnant, I noticed a bump on one of my breasts practically on the side of my nipple. My gyno told me it was either a pimple or a clogged milk duct. Turned out it was just a clogged pore. If you are very concerned about it or if it really bothers you, see you doctor to put your mind at ease. I asked my doctor about my nipples too. The bumps on your nipples are your glands. They are similar to the pores on your face and you can get a pimple there (it's very painful). When the bumps appear at other times, like when your nipples get cold, it is nothing to worry about, it is just like goosebumps anywhere else on your body. The skin is just puckering up because it is trying to stay warm. I also have areas on my nipple that are white spots that look like a different kind of tissue. My doctor said it is just that, different kind of skin and nothing to worry about. Everyone's nipples are different. Unless you notice a lump in your breast or the bump lasts for more than a few days you shouldn't need to go see a doctor.
