There are many possible causes of this. I know a miscarriage can cause these issues. You're body clots to stop bleeding, and if it's not stopping or at least slowing down the body is having issues stopping. If you're on a blood thinner such as Advil or aspirin this can cause this too. To be safe I would recommend seeing a doctor in case it is something serious.
