Unfortunately I had a rash, it was from an allergic reaction. The best way is to go to the doctors find out what has caused it and then take the cream/medicine (whatever) they prescribed you. It will go away in a few days. The best thing to do it not scratch. It's hard, but the thing is if it bleeds - nasty infection, don't want that (: And also it hurts and stuff afterwards so just try not to itch. Urmmm that's all the advice I can give.
