, im not a doctor but as a 17 year old athlete i have had 2 cracked vertebrae in my lumbar. all of the doctors in which i have spoken with say the chances of it healing are very slim and that if you can live with the pain that's ok and is your best option, and if not there are surgeries to help cure your pain.
