Not really. Recently a woman who had a sex change operation to become a man was able to carry a baby to full term. It was conceived through artificial insemination and implanted in the womb. Theoretically, a fertilised egg could be implanted into some places near a man's stomach, and it might grow to full term. The baby would have to by delivered by Caesarian section, that is, by cutting open the skin on the abdomen.

There are OBGYN's and GYN's. OB (obstetrics) specialize in child birth. However, a doctor can be both. Make sure that when you have a baby that your doctor is both because you wouldn't want to be passed onto another doctor at the last minute when you think just your regular GYN will be performing the delivery.

In most countries they make no difference in male or female doctors as long as they are qualified. In many countries it's also not the doctor delivering the baby unless something goes wrong, it's the midwife. If the doctor or midwife is a man there is nothing to worry about. They have done this many times and became Gynecologist's, Obstetricians and midwifes because they want to help women. They see nothing sexual in what they are doing.
