Quartos is a collection of Shakespeare stories written a little differently
Dois Quartos was created in 2006-12.
The "good quartos" refers to a set of early printed editions of Shakespeare's plays, particularly those published in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. These quartos are considered "good" because they are believed to be more faithful to Shakespeare's original texts, often derived from authorial manuscripts or reliable sources, rather than from unauthorized or poorly copied versions. Notable examples include "Hamlet," "Romeo and Juliet," and "Henry IV." The good quartos played a crucial role in preserving and disseminating Shakespeare's works during his lifetime and beyond.
The Quartos of whom?
Shakespeare did not write in acts, none of the quartos are divided into acts. This can be validated by looking at the original quartos in the British Library site. This is a product of editing for the first portfolio.
there are so many that i can't even imagen
Paul W. Miller has written: 'The 1619 Pavier Quartos of Shakespeare'
Edward Sharpham has written: 'Cvpid's whirligig' 'Cupid's whirligig' 'The Fleer (Globe Quartos)'
Harry Reno Hoppe has written: 'The bad quarto of Romeo and Juliet' -- subject(s): Bibliography, Quartos
It is by no means clear that he did. Oh, sure, the title pages of the quartos will say "The Excellent History of . . ." or "The Most Excellent Tragedie of . . ." but it isn't clear whether Shakespeare or the printers gave them those titles, because they change from publication to publication and are given different names again when referred to in Court records, the Registry or Henslowe's diary. The categorization made in the First Folio sometimes contradicts what the Quartos said and also sometimes doesn't seem to make much sense. (Why is Cymbeline a tragedy?) The First Folio was also organized by other people seven years after Shakespeare's death so he wasn't that involved.
In Ratchet and Clank 1 a Super-Mech is a giant clank sized-robot with four arms one arm has a wrecking ball attached, one has a flamethrower and the other two smaller arms have hands. As Giant Clank you have to stop the Super-Mechs on planet Quartos.
Peter John Didcott is known for his work in literary studies and textual criticism, particularly on William Shakespeare's works. He has authored books on Shakespearean textual editing and interpretation, such as "Shakespeare's Editing and Publishing History: The Early Quartos".
