If someone hugs me too hard or bumps into my ribs too hard, I have very severe pain on my ribs for about 2 weeks after the injury. This has happened to me about 10 times in the last 10 years. Am I tearing cartilage or just a bruise. Sometimes I hear a pop sound. Pegge at pegge8@comcast.net
