Hello,

I have also a problem with my philtrum, when i take hot shower the next day my upper lip get swollen. Even when its normal, if I push on it several times it get swollen too !!! I am thinking to see doctor next week and see if he will refer me to a dermatologist or allergologist. I will keep u updated.
