An adequate house ...well

It is neither too large nor too small. Just off the top of my head I would say 1000 square feet

for person number 1, 500 more for person 2, 200 more for person 3. etc. It isn't cut up into lots of rooms but rather has nice open space. It is structurally sound. It uses natural light and doesn't waste energy. The kitchen is bright and happy and has space to gather and eat. The laundry equipment is well placed. (Beware of placing anything related to running water on other than the ground floor.) The house has a welcoming entryway. All the colors in the house make you happy.
