NO.
Norco is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen.
Darvocet is propoxyphene and acetaminophen.
WARNING: Darvocet in overdose is highly toxic, many fatalities have resulted from such overdoses.
You cant, they show up differently on a drug screen.
Darvocet is stronger than Ultracet. Ultracet is tramadol which ive tried to manage my chronic pain and it did not help. So, i take Norco now. Also the FDA pulled darvocet from being given by Doctors to paitents. But also I never found it to be effective to help with pain. Ask your dr for hydro as its stronger and safer.
What is Darvocet?

Short answer: YesIf you are applying for a retail company don't sweat it, most limit themselves to the SAMHSA-5, this test does not include Darvocet...http://www.erowid.org/psychoactives/testing/testing_info1.shtml#whatI'm not applying for a job. I currently have a prescription for Norco, however, I was out of town and forgot it. My in law gave me some Darvocet until I got home. I go for refill on 16th. He tests for drugs prior to appointment.

I just read on another site that the two in combination are not advised. There is a potential for an uncontrolled hallucinatory effect. I'm not a medical doctor, I'm just passing on the information I read on this site. Norco is, however, the stronger drug for pain and makes it unnecessary for taking the two drugs together.
