No, you cannot. If you are refering to smelling cannabis, you cannot. Generally, any wear or tear your nose receives from physical contact with objects does damage it. However, the smell of cannabis does not damage one's nose. No smells damage the nose alone. There have been no reported cases, to my knowledge, of cannabis users insufflating the plant--for it does not have any psychotropic effects unless it is heated.
