It depends. If you are a casual smoker (once a week) you can expect it to take about 2 weeks to deplete enough to be unnoticeable on drugs tests. If your a chronic smoker (smoking most days) it can take over a month to 6 weeks. A one time smoker can expect to have it out of there system in less then 2 weeks (but not by much. 2 weeks is kinds the lower limit )Decide roughly where you fall and do the math from there.

If you need it out of your system quickly here is what you do. Work out everyday you can between now and your test. Eat as little as you can. Burn fat because that's where THC is stored. Some people claim drinking alcohol (THC disolves in alcohol, not water) also speeds up the process but I have no evidence to back that up. Two days before your test you stop working out. Burn no fat. You don't want it dumping THC residue into your system as it's burnt.

The morning (or night before) the test start eating. You need to maintain enough calories in your stomach so your body has no need what so ever to burn fat. Drink alot of Water to flush your system. YOu should also eat alot of red meat. Some tests check urine protein levels to guard against flushing. Eating alot of burger and steak should artificially elevate your protein levels.

You can always buy an at home drug test from almost any pharmacy if your worried.

None of this is guaranteed though. If you can get away with it substitution is always easier and more trust worthy.

Hope this helps.

Does marijuana deplete vitamins in the body?

No. Marijuana does not deplete any "vitamins" in the body. It does cause less iron to be carried in your hemoglobin in your blood, so you get a tired/lazy feeling but that's only temporary while you're actually under the effects of the drug. Marijuana mimics a certain chemical that is natural to your body and brain that controls appetite, mood, sleepiness, anxiety, etc. The only real harm it does to you is in your lungs, which can be alleviated with a vaporizer or by eating it instead of smoking.
