I get these charcoal tablets from wallmart, they are for gas but they will help get thing out of your system quicker. drink lots of water and eat lots of fiber. also taking some herbs such as marshmallow root will help as they help absorb toxins. just be lazy take it easy for a few days and you should be over it. it does take two weeks to be completely off the stuff. and you will always think about it. but alas, its much better then staying on a drug that is not working.
