Kip brand burn ointment is no longer being made. There is a good substitute on the market, though. WJ is a brand of burn ointment that is very similar to Kip and is manufactured by Water-Jel Technologies in Carlstadt, New Jersey.
Desenex Ointment cannot be found on Amazon, CVS online, or Walgreens online. It appears to have been discontinued.

I'm not sure if it is the exact same product as you had, but you can purchase an ointment for a mild burn named "KIP PYROL-Hi" from Sato Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and KIP YAKUHIN Co., LTD. in Japan.
The farmer removed the husk from the corn before cooking it.
