From my experience on it I can definitely say YES! I've been on the NR for over 3 years and in December took it out for 6 months, during those 6 months I felt so good, no mood swings or depression. I just recently put it back in 3 weeks ago and have been so irritable, everything sets me off. I've been depressed and anything will make me cry. That is not what my normal personality is like, so I feel it definitely has to do with the NR. I'm taking it out and find an alternative BC.
