This has been asked all over the internet. Yes, you can use a womans urine to pass a drug screen. its a urban myth that the lab can test for sex, HOWEVER if the woman is pregnant her HCG levels will be elevated. this still does not prove that you swapped the urine though, as measuring HCG levels is a common practice in test for prostate cancer for men.
i worked in a hospital lab performing drug screens and legal blood alcohol draws. im a certified phlebotomist by the American Society of Clinical Pathology
As long as she's clean and the urine is the correct temperature, then you will pass.
The majority of drug screen testing is done within a laboratory, and the one being tested is handed a container in which to urinate into. They do not allow the "testee" to be accompanied into the bathroom, so it would be next to improbable that a second persons urine could be used without arousing lots of suspicion.

∙ 8y agoNo, she has to use her own. Using the male's urine instead of her own is illegal. Plus the testing lab would know if the sex were correct. Males produce different sex hormones than females do. .

∙ 15y agoNo. Pee can determine sex depending on what is in it. If a woman is taking pills to avoid pregnancy then this will show up in her pee. you can buy online synthetic urine that is unisex

∙ 12y agoYou must use your own 'pee' for a drug test. But I'm not sure if they can tell the difference between male and female pee if you wanted to cheat the drug test which would be illegal.

∙ 8y agoI wouldn't recommend it. It is VERY easy to tell the difference: just shake the jar. Men's pee froths up, women's doesn't.
