No, Oxycodone is in Percocet. If you're meaning Oxycontin and Percocet; the answer is still no because Oxycodone is the ingredient in Oxycontin and the same drug used in Percocet. The only difference is that it may show a higher amount of it, just say you took a few extra Percocet You're good either way though. Oxycontin just is a time released capsule with a large amount of Oxycodone(10-80mg/Each) in it and Percocet has a small immediate effective amount of Oxycodone(5-10mg/Each) mixed with APAP ([325-650mg/each] acetaminophen, Tylenol, etc.) in it. Hope that answers you're question pretty well. Have fun ;) and stay safe! -Patrick (Future Pharmaceutical tech)
Vicodin is a class 3 narcotic, with hydrocodone. Percocet is a class 2 narcotic with oxycodone, which is a much stronger narcotic derivative. The risk of addiction varies with the dosage (small), with the length of time the drug is used and the personality of the patient. http://www.druginfonet.com/index.php?pageID=faq/faqvico.htm
If you take that in place of your percocet, and you have to take a urine test, you will show up with "Hydrocodone" in your system rather than "Oxycodone"....or both depending on how long its been since you took percocet. That might not set well with your doctor. Hope this helps.
Yes. Hydrocodone is the main drug in Lortab. The only difference in hydrocodone and lortab is that lortab contains acetaminophen as well. So no difference on a drug test
Yes - morphine, percocet, hydrocodone, & oxycodone can all make your urine smell strange. Some people have compared the scent to dirty socks. Even drinking lots of water doesn't always help - sometimes water with lemon juice lessens the odor.
Absolutely not... Lortab is another name for vicodin, hydrocodone, or norco. Percocet or oxycodone has a different chemical make up from the lortab or vicodin. They are and can be detected separately on a U.A.
In a dip test it will just show as opiates. In a lab test they can distinguish the difference
yes on a urine analysis oxycodone is a separate test they have to check mark on the paper. the hydrocodone will just be seen as vicodon
No it will not show up as percocet
You will most likely not pass because one is hydrocodone, and the other is oxycodone. The difference between the tow is that hydrocodone works in the blood stream, while the other attaches to the sinus. Being that they work in two different ways that could cause a negative result, but if the doctor does the test through urine you may be alright since it all goes through yours system and ends in the bladder for any of the oral drugs. So the urine test would just show them as opiates, not as percocet, or vicodin.
Yes. Both are opiates, but are two different kinds. Vicodin is Hydrocodone and Percocet is Oxycodone. If it is just a standard test it will just be one category called opiates. If it is a test with more drug panels like a lab test or a 7-13 panel test then the drug test will break down the different types of derivatives.
Yes, you're on probation. They are testing you for pretty much everything, depending on your test though, if its a blood or urine test. It will find more or less.
Yes most definitely !
