It says on drug-world.com and other various drug sites that it can make you test positive for THC. THC levels will decrease with time so testing positive for the amount ibuprofen would make you test for and the amount smoking pot two weeks ago will, etc.

I have been researching this lately, and everything i have found says that yes, taking ibuprofen, advil, aleve, etc will cause a false positive on a THC drug screen . NO thats all old info modern equipment dont have false positives as they are all confirmation tested with a mass spectrometer if a positive come up passitkit.com
