Nope, its pretty much the same thing.
By definition, Adderall is NOT a generic. Adderall is the trade name given to a specific formulation of amphetamine salts. There is a generic form of Adderall, usually called "Amphetamine salts." Just like Coke is not an off-brand cola, but there is off-brand cola.
Is there a medication for coming off adderall?
Answer: If you mean to ask if theres something you can take to replace Adderall, perhaps you could ask your doctor about prescription Strattera HCI. It is a non-stimulant ADHD medication. This means that it is very unlikely to cause dependence. There are other stimulanyt ADHD medications that are similar but not exactly the same as Adderall. There is Dexedrine or Vyvanse. There are others of the "amphetamine and dextroamphetamine family". It is important to talk to your doctor before quitting your medications, or switching.
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is an inactive prodrug to Dextro-amphetamine that's broken down in the digestive tract somewhere into Levo-lysine (the AA) and Dextro-amphetamine. About 50% of the active compounds in Adderall are Dextro-amphetamine salts, the other half being two racemic amphetamine salts. So, Adderall consists of roughly 75% Dextro-amphetamine, the ultimate active metabolite of lisdexamfetamine, and 25% Levo-amphetamine. There are also differences in their pharmacokinetics. Adderall comes in immediate and extended release formulas. Vyvanse has a very long effetcs duration, longer then the extended release Adderall. I would take Vyvanse in the morning and always be good for the rest of the day, while the Adderall XRs wore off earlier.
Adderall does have the potential to be addictive. But coming off of it you shouldn't have any physical withdrawal symptoms besides feeling more tired then usual. There are some psychological ones though like feeling like you need Adderall to do work and to stay awake. HIGHLY if taken above doctors recommended dose. Adderall is Amphetamine which is the same family of drugs as Meth so be careful because addiction to Adderall is very easy and very real
Willpower would be about, if not more, effective than Suboxone for treating an Adderall dependence. Suboxone blocks opiate receptors in your brain. Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) works by flooding your brain with Norepinephrine and Dopamine. I can't forget to mention that Adderall is an upper while Suboxone is a downer. They are just two completely different drugs and unless you plan on sleeping off your withdrawal, Suboxone won't do much to alleviate the symptoms.
false as in neg or positive? Adderall will test positive for amphetamine most often, if not always and being lorcet is a different class of drugs, (opiates?), one would test positve for that also. get off the opiates and get a real script from psych. for adds, alleviate your worries about meth.
Adderall lasts for like 6-8 hrs, so anytime after that's good. The Ambien can actually help you come off the Adderall and get to sleep (obvi :]). Of course, if you wanna have some fun, someone who isn't me ;) finds that taking them together is rather exquisite.
seriously you can't figure that out on your own?! lets break it down. Adderall is an amphetamine=speed=energy. Reefer is a mild hallucinogen and acts as a depressant, usually. So what will happen is you'll have energy all day or at least till the effects wear off, 8hrs give or take a few, then come night time when you rock the ganja you'll feel mellow. now if you mixed the 2 you'll more often than not have a bunch of energy (adderall) but feel really pretty chill and mellow at the same time (reefer).
NO it actually makes you more hyper. It's not until after the adderall wears off that you get sleepy.
yes
I'm not sure about adderall specifically, but any methamphetamine, usually ("key-word" usually) has a cut-off (and this is a generalized answer, because there may be variances for each type of drug screen on the market)...1000 ng/mL (nanogram/millilitre).
