If they were written to the same patient by two different doctors, probably. You are giving rise to probable cause for the belief that you are abusing RX drugs.
Yes.
Of course.
the same thing it does if you are prescribed.

No, adderall shows up as amphetamines xanax shows as benzos
No it wouldn't have the same affects. Strattera is a non-stimulant, non controlled drug used for ADHD. Adderall is a stimulant and a controlled drug. I take Adderall for narcolepsy to keep me awake. Adderall can also be taken for ADHD.
If you have scripts for them, there really shouldn't be a problem unless the pharmacist voices concerns. In that case, you can have the doctor who prescribed it call in and say fill er up.
It depends on your insurance. Most insurance will cover some of the cost, the same as other prescriptions.
Yes you can.

Essentially speaking, "meth", adderall (and other ADD meds), and cocaine are all made up of the same stuff, called Amphetamines. The only difference is their mechanisms of action, which are not yet fully understood. The 'meth' in methamphetamines is an extra molecule which binds on to the amphetamines and makes them last longer in your body. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphetamines
