Marijuana has an LD50 that's unbelievably high--a domestic dog would have to eat one-third of a pound of pure THC over a four-hour period to reach LD50. Halfway decent pot is MAYBE five percent THC, so said dog would have to completely digest nearly seven pounds of weed in four hours to reach LD50. Ain't no way.

The only other drug of abuse that's as non-lethal as pot is LSD, where the lethal dose is 12,000 micrograms--enough to make a hundred people happy all at once.

No, the LD50 ( Lethal dose 50%, the dose which is lethal for 50% of test subjects.) is astronomical, so it is practically impossible to kill yourself with just weed.

Also, there has been NO CASES of lung cancer, or any kind of cancer caused by cannabis use ONLY. In some studies, it has even been shown to attack cancer cells.
