For some people it helps, for some it doesn't. Anxiety treatment is mostly a trial and error process, some treatments will work for some, and others won't work. I read an article about a research done about the best treatment for social anxiety and it claims that the best treatment for it is cognitive behavioral therapy. I attached a link to an article about it and how it works, hope it helps!:)

A term that can be used for a nervous fit is an "anxiety attack" or "panic attack." These are characterized by feelings of intense fear or panic, physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and sweating, as well as a sense of losing control. It is important to seek support and treatment if experiencing frequent anxiety or panic attacks.
is seroquel used in the black market
celexa and seroquel are probably treated for depression and insomnia. Celexa is aused with many people with PTSD, used to help with anxiety and depression, and if your doctor feels the need to not give you ambien for whatever reason, he might proscribe trazadone or seroquel for sleep. That's what i got it for :) although i find celexa doesnt really work for me
