Two grams of zithromax will get rid of the bacteria that caused the PID, but is not a typical, CDC approved regimen for PID. Normally you need additional coverage for pathogens that aren't covered by Zithromax. Talk to your health care provider for advice specific to your situation. Treatment of PID requires multiple follow-up visits to lower the risk of complications.
It is possible to be caused by PID.
1 gm of zithromax is required to treat chlamydia, taken in 1 dose. A Zithromax Tri-Pak contains three pills of 500 mg each. Take two of these in one dose to cure chlamydia.

For me personally there was no interaction while taking zithromax with adderall. I take 30mg adderall in the morning and I took two 250mg (500mg) of zithromax on day one followed with one 250mg of zithromax for the next four days. I felt just fine. I even asked a local pharmacist before taking and he said they won't interact. I couldn't find anything online either.

Best way to count syllables is to slap the desk top with each separate sound, thus, as pointed out above, you'd get 1. STU...2. PID.
